As a result of continuing big-ticket successes in the London Restructuring market, this top-level US firm is actively seeking a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their thriving London practice. Their team represents troubled companies, their boards, management, owners, creditors and investors, in restructurings in and out of court, financial recapitalisations, business reorganisations and liquidations. They have participated in many of the most complex restructuring transactions and insolvency-related proceedings of the last decade and have been instrumental in the development of sophisticated strategies. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant experience in the London market, or with a market leading practice in a similar Common Law jurisdiction. You'll ideally have experienced a range of major UK and multi-jurisdictional special situations, restructurings and insolvencies, acting for a diverse and high-level client base, and have a strong grasp of key financial instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements. You must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
