Working closely with their top rated London Financing colleagues, their Projects team advises a stellar client list of leading global sponsors, project and construction companies, debt providers and governments, on the full range of major international project developments. Their broad practice is especially well know for their leading expertise in big-ticket international Infrastructure, Power (incl. Nuclear and Renewables), Oil & Gas, and Mining & Minerals project developments and related transactions. Applicants should ideally be UK or Common Law qualified lawyers with high-level relevant experience (incl. in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial / project development contracts) gained within a leading international law firm.
