This premier offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to join their busy and thriving international Private Client & Trusts practice in the Cayman Islands. Working closely with colleagues across the firm's regulatory, funds, corporate, finance and disputes teams, the role will involve challenging and high profile cross-border work advising some of the world's leading banks, largest private businesses, HNW private individuals, family offices, trust companies, institutional trustees and other fiduciary service providers. The broad scope of their top-level global practice includes all types of private wealth trusts; commercial trusts; estate planning structures; structures to effect charitable and philanthropic giving; trusts and fiduciary arrangements; and HNW and UHNW international probate matters. Applicants will need to be non-contentious private client and trusts experts, with experience spanning the entire lifecycle of trust formation, from design and implementation of new structures, through to the transformation and consolidation of older/mature structures. You should also be motivated to grow and develop the practice further, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen around trust structures.
