This major UK and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for a further junior- to mid-level Associate to join their busy and thriving UAE Private Funds practice in Abu Dhabi. The role will entail working closely with a senior funds specialist in AD, on a diverse range of investment funds matters, however, with a primary focus on advising institutional investors on global fund investments, structuring and establishing funds in the region, and supporting asset managers on their DIFC and ADGM operations. The position will provide significant exposure to high-level cross-border work, collaborating closely with the firm's international funds teams in both London and New York. The role accordingly offers the opportunity to work on complex and market-leading transactions, developing swiftly into direct client engagement and a high degree of responsibility. Applicants will need to UK, Commonwealth or US qualified lawyers, with experience ideally gained within a leading international private funds practice.
