This major UK law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an additional Associate to join their busy and highly rated Employment team in London. The group's work spans the full remit of high-end London and broader national UK Employment practice, with a particular leaning towards the Financial Services, Life Sciences and Infrastructure sectors, and encompassing a full and varied spectrum of transactional, advisory and contentious work. The scope of the role will therefore entail advising a variety of high-end clients (including blue-chip corporates and financial institutions) and dealing with strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructurings and redundancies, complex grievances at a senior level (including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints) and senior executive/board room issues. High value and High Court litigation will also be a feature, as will assisting clients with the Employment areas of major M&A and outsourcing deals, working closely with colleagues in Corporate, TMT and other areas of the firm as needed.
