This top tier offshore law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an Associate to join their busy and growing Employment law practice on Guernsey. The role will entail working closely with colleagues on both Guernsey and Jersey on a variety of high-end matters across the spectrum of contentious, advisory and non-contentious employment law practice, but with particular mention of the comprehensive discrimination law in Guernsey (the most significant employment development for the jurisdiction in over two decades); knowledge / experience of the discrimination area will therefore be highly advantageous. While sector representation is varied, the offshore financial services sector features especially prominently for the practice. The position will also carry a BD element, with the opportunity to draw on the firm's extensive network and resources to help further build the Guernsey / Jersey practice and, in time, take your career to the next level and beyond. Applicants will need to be Channel Islands, UK / Irish or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with high-level relevant experience and strong academic credentials.
