This leading offshore law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their top-flight Corporate transactional practice in the Cayman Islands. Applicants will need to be UK, Commonwealth or Offshore qualified lawyers, with a minimum of three years' PQE gained within a mainstream high-level Corporate role. The position will entail acting for a blue-chip client base that includes major international financial institutions, multinational businesses, global investment firms and leading onshore law firms, on a varied range of high-end international Corporate and Commercial work spanning private equity transactions, IPOs, public and private M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Their practice focuses particularly on assisting financial services, pharmaceuticals, media and energy clients and includes a dedicated Latin American deal group. You'll be working closely with other members of the team and reporting to their group leader in the Caymans.
